Bill,
Can't wait for your new tunes. Christmas ep was fun. Top list will come when I have the time to put it together. Always a chore, but a pleasant one. Just not a writer like yourself.
Happy New Year!

I can't even imagine this song being done live. I am jealous I've championed this song for years. I've never met anyone that heard, or heard of, it. In another one of those "in a perfect world" scenarios, this song would be as revered as Bohemian Rhapsody.
Or at the very least, the music snob's Bohemian Rhapsody.

I donated to the Dudes Kickstarter project. No One Roxx is perhaps the strongest track on a phenomenal record. I wasn't all that surprised when I checked the liner notes and saw the co-writer credit.
Great stuff.

Here's a new Yuletide classic to check out.

The first and several times I've seen this picture was when the show "Ripley's Believe It, Or Not!" show (hosted my Jack Palance)was on TV back in the 80s. It showed the same face of "The Lighthouse Man" with the candle on his head; followed by 3 other pictures (a human skull with a "lighning bolt" - like rod ; a man strucked by lightning or electricity ; and a man sitting on a horse with a bullwhip, taking a ride on somekind of hot air balloon). Robert L. Ripley drew the actual pictures, and claimed that he had met and seen these people, places and things (which is a true fact..He did traveled, saw and met some of the people himself). The reason why he tells us all to: "Believe It, Or Not!" , is that he's letting it up to us to decide whether it is true.. or whether it is false (Be advice: all topics mentioned in the comics, paperback books, on television and at the museums, are based on true facts..Yes, they are true!).

I was wondering if you were consciously evoking Curtis Mayfield on the chorus? It's really great.

Bill - I have forgotten to tell you how much I love this song. In fact - it will be the lead off song on my annual favorite songs from Nashville CD for 2011. It has even inspired the title of this year's collection. And yes - I knew that you could swear!
